Introduction

    We are serious about protecting your privacy. 1.FM AG collects and processes data of listeners and visitors to the 1.FM website only if it is necessary for us to provide functionality, to track usage of our site and services for performance and aesthetic improvement, to tailor our advertising offerings (for example to prevent repeat advertising, to direct audio ads in the correct language, to facilitate customisation and geographic segmentation to our advertising partners, etc.) or where contractual obligations require it. We store and process user data only after obtaining consent (where that is is possible). The user may withdraw consent at any time by deleting their 1.FM AG account.

Data Storage and Deletion

    We store visitor and listener data only as long as a user maintains their account on the 1.FM AG website. We routinely purge user data after 12-18 months on inactivity. We process user data only when user activity warrants it. The personal data of inactive user accounts is not processed in the absence of user activity. The deletion of a user account ceases all storage and processing of personal information.

Data Collected

    Every time you use our services, our platform automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.The following data is collected:

                  When you access a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the providers' servers. The content of the plugin is transferred directly from the respective provider to your browser and integrated into the page. By integrating the plugins, the providers receive the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a server of the respective provider in the USA and stored there.

                  If you are logged in to one of the services, the providers can immediately assign the visit to our website to your profile.

If you have exercised your right to rectify, delete or limit the data processing, we re obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided (provided that the conditions are met).                   Right to object according to art. 21 GDPR. You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you under Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.                   Automated individual decision-making, including profiling. According to art. 22 GDPR you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.                   The right to withdraw the consent according to art. 7(3) GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

                  Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to art. 77 GDPR. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR.
