Your passwords are stored in an encrypted value. So there was no way to move the password over. Please use the "forgot password" feature. If this doesn't work, please contact support.

I am trying to tune in using windows media player and I can’t hear anything. Windows media player will not start.
Sometimes, when you install different music players on your computer they take over file extension association.
If using windows Vista go to start > control panel > default programs > set control access and computer defaults > chose custom and under “chose default media player” make sure windows media player is selected. Try to tune in again.
If using windows XP open Windows media player and under properties make sure the under file association you have ASX and ASF files selected.
I am trying to tune in using Winamp and I can’t hear anything. Windows media player will not start
Open winamp. Hit CTRL + P, on the left side menu click “file types” and make sure that PLS and M3U files types are selected. Try and tune in again.
What types of audio players do you support?
Officially we support Windows Media Player, Winamp and iTunes but there are other players that might work as well.
How can I see the song that is currently playing or the history of songs what were played?
If you are using windows media player, you should be able to see both inside your windows media player browser. If you are using another player go to www.1.fm > click on a channel name > click on “Recently played”
How can make a request?
Go to www.1.fm and click on a channel name. Click on song DB and browse through the selection of available songs. Click “request”. You are done. We usually play songs within 45 minutes to 1 hour
How can vote for a song?
Go to www.1.fm > click on a channel name > click on recently played > choose the number of starts you want to give to the sing in the playlist. Your are done.
I just made a request, when will my song be played?
Songs normally play one hour from the time the request was placed (due to DMCA regulations), however if there are many requests lined up in our queue your request might take longer to play.
Can I listen to your radio using iTunes?
Yes, when you open iTunes, there is a radio directory on the left hand side. Look for 1.FM on the list of stations you see there.

YES! Go to http://1fm.flytunes.fm from your Safari browser to tune in. we support 3G/Wifi and EDGE streaming.
Can I listed to 1.FM via my Wifi radio device (i.e. Roku, Reciva etc…)?
YES! We support most radio devices however since the setup for each device is unique, we will not be able to provide per device support on how to tune in. you should check your device manual for more info.
